• Prepare and cook tandoori items, including naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and grilled dishes.
• Marinate meats and vegetables using authentic spices and techniques.
• Operate and maintain the tandoor (clay oven) safely and efficiently.
• Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and timely preparation.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety standards.
• Manage ingredients and stock, and assist with menu development.
