Your Impact

As a key member of the Genedata Expressionist scientific consulting team, you will be at the intersection of science and business, acting as a mass spectrometry data expert. You will collaborate closely with external customers and internal teams, including sales, software development, and marketing, to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support our customers and identify their needs as the go-to domain expert in mass spectrometry data analysis.
• Plan and conduct training sessions at customer sites.
• Identify and understand customer requirements, encompassing the complete data lifecycle.
• Manage, execute, and deliver service projects independently to meet customer needs.
• Support our sales teams with product expertise, scientific presentations, and software demonstrations during pre- and post-sales activities.
• Compile customer feedback and identify new analytical methods and solutions to address their challenges.
• Collaborate with the software development team to create new features that address customer challenges.

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in mass spectrometry, with a strong preference for expertise in protein analysis and biotherapeutics characterization, and/or a Ph.D. in Analytical Sciences, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• Excellent presentation skills and advanced proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
• Strong initiative and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Enthusiastic about partnering with customers to solve their mass spectrometry data challenges.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Approximately 20% travel required.
