As a key member of the Genedata Expressionist scientific consulting team, you'll be at the intersection of science and business, acting as a mass spectrometry data expert. You'll collaborate closely with external customers and internal teams, including sales, software development, and marketing, to deliver exceptional results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support our customers and identify their needs as the go-to domain expert in mass spectrometry data analysis.
• Plan and conduct training sessions at customer sites.
• Identify and understand customer requirements, encompassing the complete data lifecycle.
• Manage, execute, and deliver service projects independently to meet customer needs.
• Support our sales teams with product expertise, scientific presentations, and software demonstrations during pre- and post-sales activities.
• Compile customer feedback and identify new analytical methods and solutions to address their challenges.
• Collaborate with the software development team to create new features that address customer challenges.

Essential Requirements

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in mass spectrometry, with a strong preference for expertise in protein analysis and biotherapeutics characterization and/or a Ph.D. in Analytical Sciences, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• Excellent presentation skills and advanced proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
• Strong initiative and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Enthusiastic about partnering with customers to solve their mass spectrometry data challenges.

Travel Requirements

Approximately 20% travel is expected in this role.
