Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise the work of workers on site
- Organize daily activities and plan work phases
- Verify the correct execution of masonry work according to the project
- Manage the necessary materials and equipment
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and project management
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
- Resolve any operational issues on site
Requirements
- Proven experience as a head mason or team leader
- Excellent knowledge of construction techniques and building materials
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations
- Reliability, precision, and autonomy
- Must own a car
