Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our campus. This position will serve as the primary in-house marketing lead at AUS, responsible for managing the complete marketing function from strategic planning to execution. You will play a critical role in growing awareness, demand, and enrollment for AUS programs in both local and international markets.

This is a comprehensive role, where you will:

  • Develop and manage marketing plans, conduct market research, and oversee all marketing activities across various channels.
  • Lead initiatives that support recruitment and admissions goals, including lead generation, nurturing, and campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Oversee our content engine, managing the social media and content calendar, website content, and ensuring the consistency of our brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain and optimize our digital presence, including website updates, SEO, and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with admissions, academic leadership, student services, and internal teams to align marketing efforts with institutional priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international partners and key stakeholders to support outreach and recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the annual marketing plan and campaign calendar, setting clear goals tied to recruitment and enrollment.
  • Define target audiences, positioning, and messaging for programs and key initiatives.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital channels (search, social, email, web), coordinating offline activities as necessary.
  • Manage lead generation and nurturing processes, including landing pages and email journeys.
  • Update and improve AUS website content and user experience.
  • Drive SEO and GEO improvements, ensuring visibility across search and discovery channels.
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral and internal templates to support admissions and partner outreach.
  • Oversee social media strategy and community management.
  • Track performance metrics and report results, adjusting strategies based on insights.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all marketing outputs.
  • Organize files, templates, and processes to enable scalable marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the Higher Education sector.
  • Proven expertise in Marketing Management and Market Planning.
  • Strong proficiency in Market Research and analysis of market trends.
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales strategies to drive engagement and growth.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Relevant educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the higher education or international education sector is a strong asset.

Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage.
