As the Marketing Manager in our EMEA International Export Sales department, you will play an integral role in supporting our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with both the marketing and export sales teams to ensure the smooth execution of international marketing initiatives, assist in organizing trade fairs and sales materials, and help streamline communication between departments and international partners.
Your Tasks:
Coordinate international exhibitions and customer events with all stakeholders.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting international markets in close cooperation with the EMEA marketing team, sales managers, and distributors.
Support the export sales team in digital marketing efforts, including content updates for the website, social media channels, and email marketing.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, catalogs, product sheets, giveaways) tailored for export markets.
Monitor and track the success of marketing initiatives, providing feedback and reports to the EMEA marketing team.
Prepare and track sales reports.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a commercial apprenticeship with additional marketing specialization or training.
At least 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing and communications, preferably in an industrial environment.
Experience in managing marketing campaigns and programs, coordinating various stakeholders and content owners to deliver high-quality outputs.
Strong project management skills with a keen sense of initiative, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
Well-developed communication and organizational skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in other languages (German, French, or Arabic) is a plus.
Valid Swiss work permit or EU citizenship.
