Position: Marketing Lead Surgery

Location: Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Switzerland

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead Surgery to guide our Surgery Marketing team, playing a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers. Objectives of the Position

  • Lead and manage the local Surgery Marketing Team in Switzerland.
  • Responsible for delivering on P&L (OPEX and CAPEX) targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the local sales structure, taking market insights and adapting the strategy.
  • Implement and execute local Franchise Strategic Objectives.
  • Exchange and cooperate with regional (EMEA) and global marketing.
  • Manage portfolio responsibilities including product launches, lifecycle management, and pricing.
  • Conduct market analysis and segmentation, driving new business models and solutions.
  • Create effective sales support tools and digital solutions.
  • Oversee product forecast and inventory management.
  • Co-design and implement the training strategy for Professional and Commercial Education.
  • Ensure compliance with internal, legal, and external requirements and guidelines.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong network and in-depth knowledge of the Swiss orthopedic and healthcare landscape.
  • Ability to interact intelligently with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Proficient at translating clinical benefits into economic value for healthcare providers.
  • Demonstrated project leadership experience.
  • Results and solution-oriented work style.
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
