Marketing Lead Surgery - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Switzerland
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead Surgery to spearhead our Surgery Marketing team, playing a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers. Objectives of the Position
- Lead and manage the local Surgery Marketing Team in Switzerland.
- Deliver on P&L (OPEX and CAPEX) targets.
- Collaborate closely with the local sales structure, implementing market insights to adapt strategies.
- Execute local Franchise Strategic Objectives effectively.
- Engage in close exchange and cooperation with regional (EMEA) and global marketing teams.
- Manage the product portfolio, including launches, life-cycle management, and pricing.
- Conduct market analysis and segmentation, driving new business models and solutions.
- Create effective sales support tools and digital solutions.
- Oversee product forecasts and inventory management.
- Co-design and implement the training strategy focused on Professional and Commercial Education.
- Ensure compliance with internal, legal, and external requirements and guidelines (including Health Care Compliance, Regulatory, Complaints, CE, MRD, etc.).
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Advanced degree is preferred.
- Strong network and deep knowledge of the Swiss orthopedic and healthcare environment.
- Proven ability to engage with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to translate the clinical benefits of products into economic value for healthcare providers.
- In-depth knowledge of business management contexts.
- Experience in leading complex projects and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Team-oriented, with strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Confident presentation skills and proficiency in IT/MS Office.
- Fluent in German and English.
