We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead Surgery to lead our Surgery Marketing team, playing a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers. Objectives of the Position
- Lead and manage the local Surgery Marketing Team in Switzerland.
- Responsible for achieving P&L (OPEX and CAPEX) targets.
- Collaborate closely with local sales structures by taking market insights to implement and adapt strategy.
- Implement and execute local Franchise Strategic Objectives.
- Engage in close exchange and cooperation with regional (EMEA) and global marketing teams.
- Oversee portfolio management, including product launch (LEX), product life-cycle management, pricing, etc.
- Conduct market analysis and segmentation while driving new business models and solutions.
- Create effective sales support tools and digital solutions.
- Manage product forecasts and inventory responsibility.
- Co-design, shape, and implement the training strategy (Professional and Commercial Education).
- Ensure compliance and monitoring of internal, legal, and external requirements and guidelines (including Healthcare Compliance, Regulatory, Complaints, CE, MRD, etc.).
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Deep knowledge about the Swiss orthopedic and healthcare environment and a strong professional network.
- Proven ability to interact intelligently with surgeons and aligned healthcare professionals.
- Capability to translate clinical benefits of products into economic value for healthcare providers.
- In-depth knowledge of business management contexts.
- Experience leading complex projects and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Results-driven and solution-oriented work style.
- Team player with enthusiasm and passion.
- Strong customer orientation coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Confident presentation skills and strong IT/MS Office proficiency.
- Fluent in German and English.
