International Key Accounts
The International Key Accounts are organized into three Strategic Customer clusters: Sustain & Grow Network, Protect & Acquire Network, and Strategic Customer Focus Sonic. This network is dedicated to empowering the growth of our Diagnostics Business within the Divisional International Key Accounts, emphasizing a customer and patient-centric approach.
The Role
As the Marketing Lead for International Key Accounts at Roche Diagnostics, you will play a pivotal role within the Leadership team of the International Key Account Management group. You will collaborate closely with Network/ International Corporate Account Leaders and International Key Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities

Set the strategic direction for the marketing strategy and execution for the International Key Accounts Network, ensuring alignment with Divisional and Regional strategies.

Co-create an account-specific marketing strategy with the IKAMs, leveraging thought leadership platforms such as LabLeaders and Healthcare Transformers, and Gold-Silver-Bronze marketing packages that resonate with C-suite priorities (e.g., Sustainability, Innovation, Neurology, Cardiometabolic).

Empower the IKAMs with curated strategic insights and hands-on support to design and execute customized marketing experiences.

Serve as an interface between the IKAMs and various marketing and product management functions (M&CI, NEO, etc.) to drive effective execution.

Collaborate with the Global Strategic Insights chapter (M&CI) on launching and maintaining an account-level customer insights strategy, encompassing NPS, customer service data, complaints database, customer financial reports, and market research.

Work alongside the Global Strategic Insights chapter (M&CI) to consolidate relevant market research and customer area market reports, summarizing key strategic implications and insights for the IKAM network.

Consolidate and deliver competitive insights from the global Roche Academy (M&CI), including competitive marketing programs (e.g., Competitive Masterclasses) and sharing best practices (e.g., Essential Competitive Talks).

Develop a learning and development strategy for the IKAM network by leveraging all available regional (NEO Commercial Excellence) and global (M&CI Roche Commercial Academy) training programs, tools, and resources.
