Key Responsibilities

• Engage with the company's community on social media and monitor its online reputation.
• Manage digital platforms and the company website, including content creation (text, images, videos, and photos), planning, and writing.
• Participate in customer reception and provide support during box office sales, including weekends.
• Contribute to the writing of internal newsletters and brochures.
• Manage communication projects for events, product launches, and media actions.
• Support external organizations in promoting public transport through filming, storytelling, and media interactions.
