The Department of Computer Science at ETH (D-INFK) is launching a new Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in AI and Digital Technology. This continuing education program is complemented by three associated certificate (CAS) programs. We are seeking a motivated and experienced marketing and administration professional to support this initiative.
In Fall 2024, D-INFK will successfully introduce the MAS in AI and Digital Technology, targeting industry managers from various educational backgrounds with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. The program aims to equip these managers with fundamental concepts, bolstered by practical, hands-on experience, enabling them to collaborate effectively with teams of technical experts, such as software engineers and computer scientists, on AI-related software projects within their organizations. The instruction will be conducted entirely in English, while many participants will have German as their native language. More information about the program can be found on our website.
As the primary support person for the program manager, you will be responsible for organizing, conducting, and supporting a variety of marketing, recruiting, and administrative activities for the MAS program. Typical marketing activities include:
The role will involve routine communication via phone, email, or in-person with applicants, participants, and lecturers to provide reliable information about our programs. Administrative responsibilities include:
Occasional evening and weekend work during the semester may be necessary to support events for applicants and participants. Additional responsibilities may arise as the program evolves.
This position is available immediately, with a negotiable start date. Initially limited to 12 months, there is potential for extension and prospects for a permanent role.
