Position: Maritime Operations Support

Location: Lucerne, Switzerland

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and expenditure tracking.
  • Assist with managing yacht operations and supervising new build projects.
  • Plan and coordinate yacht racing and regatta events.
  • Provide operational support during shipyard activities.
  • Perform various administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working onboard yachts, ideally in a Purser role.
  • Geographical understanding of the Caribbean and Mediterranean regions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Italian is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Flexibility with working hours and willingness to travel as needed.
  • A positive can-do attitude and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Canva and graphic design skills.
  • Knowledge of maritime or sailing.
