Position: Maritime Operations Support
Location: Lucerne, Switzerland

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and expenditure tracking.
- Assist with managing yacht operations and supervising new build projects.
- Plan and coordinate yacht racing and regatta events.
- Provide operational support during shipyard activities.
- Perform various administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working onboard yachts, ideally in a Purser role.
- Geographical understanding of the Caribbean and Mediterranean regions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Italian is a bonus.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Flexibility with working hours and willingness to travel as needed.
- A positive can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with Canva and graphic design skills.
- Knowledge of maritime or sailing.
