Your Mission:
- Drive the development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of ETEL production and control processes.
- Oversee the production transfer to low-cost countries.
- Enhance production logistics and cost efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct production audits to optimize costs and identify product and process improvements.
- Support the troubleshooting of defects and malfunctions, defining sustainable corrective actions.
- Ensure that processes meet specifications and comply with norms, regulations, and internal guidelines.
- Validate and qualify technical solutions through experimentation on new and existing products.
- Create working instructions for production.
- Lead a technical team to resolve open issues effectively.
- Manage and follow through on investment projects.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering field; experience with similar products is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods.
- Understanding of the interaction between specific disciplines and other technical domains involved in process development.
- Able to propose multiple technical solutions and evaluate the pros and cons of each.
- Ability to comprehend the logistical and financial impacts of processes and production flows.
- Fluency in English is required.
