Your Mission
- Drive the development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of ETEL production and control processes.
- Lead the production transfer to a low-cost country.
- Enhance production logistics and cost efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct production audits to reduce costs and identify product and process improvements.
- Support troubleshooting of defects and malfunctions, defining sustainable corrective actions.
- Ensure processes meet specifications and comply with relevant norms, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Validate and qualify technical solutions through experiments on new or existing products.
- Write working instructions for production.
- Lead a technical team to resolve open issues.
- Manage and follow through on investment projects.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering field, with experience in a similar industry as a plus.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods.
- Understanding of how specific disciplines interact with other technical domains in the process development.
- Able to propose multiple technical solutions and assess their respective pros and cons.
- Understanding of the logistical and financial impacts of processes and production flows.
- Fluency in English is required.
