Your Mission:
- Drive the development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of ETEL's production and control processes
- Lead the production transfer to low-cost countries
- Enhance production logistics and reduce costs through continuous improvement
- Conduct production audits to improve costs and identify product and process enhancements
- Support troubleshooting of defects and malfunctions, defining effective corrective actions
- Ensure processes meet specifications and comply with norms, regulations, and internal procedures
- Validate and qualify technical solutions through experimentation on new or existing products
- Write working instructions for production
- Lead a technical team to resolve outstanding issues
- Manage and oversee investment projects
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering field, with experience in a similar product environment being a plus
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods
- Understanding of the interaction between specific disciplines and other technical domains involved in process development
- Able to propose multiple technical solutions and assess their advantages and disadvantages
- Able to comprehend the logistical and financial impacts of processes and production flows
- Fluent in English
