Your Mission
- Drive the development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of ETEL production and control processes
- Lead the production transfer to low-cost countries
- Enhance the continuous improvement of production logistics and costs
- Conduct production audits to improve production costs and identify product and process enhancements
- Support troubleshooting of defects and malfunctions while defining sustainable corrective actions
- Ensure processes meet specifications and comply with norms, regulations, and internal processes
- Validate and qualify technical solutions through experiments on new or existing products
- Write working instructions for production
- Lead a technical team to resolve open issues
- Oversee and follow through on investment projects
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an engineering field; experience in a similar environment is a plus
- Strong understanding of statistical methods
- Knowledge of the interaction between specific disciplines and other technical domains involved in process development
- Able to propose multiple technical solutions and evaluate their respective pros and cons
- Understand the logistical and financial impact of processes and production flows
- Fluency in English is required
