Your Mission
- Drive the development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of ETEL's production and control processes.
- Oversee production transfer to low-cost countries.
- Lead initiatives to enhance production logistics and reduce costs.
- Conduct production audits to identify areas for cost improvement and product/process enhancements.
- Support troubleshooting of defects/malfunctions and define sustainable corrective actions.
- Ensure that processes meet specifications and comply with norms, regulations, and internal policies.
- Validate and qualify technical solutions through experiments on new or existing products.
- Write working instructions for production teams.
- Lead a technical team to resolve ongoing issues.
- Manage and supervise investment projects.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering field; experience with similar products is a plus.
- Good knowledge of statistical methods.
- Understanding of the interplay between your specific discipline and other technical fields involved in process development.
- Able to propose multiple technical solutions while assessing their pros and cons.
- Understanding of the logistical and financial implications of processes and production flows.
- Fluency in English is required.
