Your Mission
- Drive the development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of ETEL's production and control processes
- Manage production transfers to low-cost countries
- Enhance production logistics and reduce costs
- Conduct production audits to optimize costs and identify product and process improvements
- Support troubleshooting of defects/malfunctions and define sustainable corrective actions
- Ensure processes meet specifications and comply with norms, regulations, and internal standards
- Validate and qualify technical solutions through experiments on new or existing products
- Write working instructions for production
- Lead a technical team to resolve outstanding issues
- Manage and oversee investment projects
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering field; experience in a similar industry is a plus
- Solid knowledge of statistical methods
- Understanding of the interaction between your discipline and other technical domains involved in process development
- Able to propose multiple technical solutions and assess the corresponding pros and cons
- Cognizant of the logistical and financial impact of processes and production flows
- Fluent in English
