Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the high quality and reliability of a specified product family through comprehensive data analysis and characterization.
  • Lead and execute data analytics projects to enhance yield, throughput, quality, and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Facilitate pilot batch characterization for New Product Introduction projects, ensuring knowledge transfer from R&D to Production, and optimize processes for scale-up.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of calibration and testing infrastructure to guarantee accurate and reliable production.
  • Provide first-level support by troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
  • Initiate and collaborate on redesign projects with R&D, offering insights from your data analysis studies to enhance product performance and address production challenges.

Your Profile

  • BSc or MSc degree in Electronics Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with data analytics and data visualization; proficiency in Python is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in manufacturing or product characterization environments is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with electronics hardware design (RF knowledge is a plus).
  • Basic experience using lab instrumentation, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs.
  • Strong interest in working at the forefront of technology and understanding the latest high-end components.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
