Your Responsibilities – Medical Leadership and Strategic Oversight

Medical Activities:

• Conduct independent consultations, diagnostics, and therapies in General Internal Medicine
• Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic conditions
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists and therapists for optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure high-quality treatment through evidence-based therapy approaches
• Promote preventive medicine and offer health counseling

Management & Location Leadership:

• Oversee operational and strategic management of the practice/health center
• Manage personnel and foster team development by supporting, guiding, and promoting medical staff
• Optimize practice processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure smooth patient flow
• Implement legal requirements along with medical guidelines and quality management processes
• Advance medical offerings while expanding collaborations and networks
• Handle financial management and economic responsibilities in partnership with administration

Your Profile – Expertise Meets Leadership Strength

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent recognition)
• Experience in outpatient or inpatient medicine, preferably with leadership experience
• An entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of business processes in healthcare
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for interdisciplinary teamwork
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and decision-making ability
• Proficient in German (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus
