With a significant proportion of recurring revenues and a clearly scalable business model, the company is exceptionally positioned for continued growth in the coming years. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead an established and financially sound organization with approximately 30 employees into a new phase of expansion. You will have entrepreneurial responsibilities, the ability to shape the future of the business, and the chance to make a significant impact. The current CEO is transitioning to the board of directors and provides active support during this transition.

Job Title: Managing Director/CEO

As part of a well-structured succession plan for a high-growth IT service company based in the Zurich metropolitan area, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, sales-oriented, and dynamic leader to fill the role of Managing Director/CEO.

Your Responsibilities

• Implementing the growth strategy in close collaboration with the board of directors.
• Overseeing all operational aspects and ensuring sustainable management of the company.
• Leading, developing, and motivating a team of leaders.
• Taking responsibility for marketing and sales, with an active role in the sales process.
• Enhancing structures, processes, and service quality.
• Managing finances, including oversight of budget, costs, and liquidity.
• Representing the company to customers, partners, and employees.

Your Profile

• Proven leadership experience, preferably as a CEO or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated success in solution-oriented B2B sales, ideally within the IT or MSP sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with the ability to execute and a hands-on approach.
• Experience in developing and growing organizations through effective business development.
• Affinity for IT and a solid understanding of managed services and cloud technologies.
• Experience leading SME structures with P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring others with natural authority and motivation.
• Fit for a service-oriented, dynamic, and values-based organizational culture.
