Role and Responsibilities

  • Execute your market entry plan to launch in the territory.
  • Help SMEs achieve transformational results, contributing to the region’s economic development.
  • Establish your presence in the professional services market for SMEs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies targeted at SMEs.
  • Partner with other professional service providers.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • General management background or expertise in two or more functional areas (sales, marketing, finance, business development, or consulting).
  • Proven success as an independent consultant, coach, or business owner.
  • Familiarity with SMEs; ideally, experience in B2B sectors in Germany, Switzerland, or Austria.

Skills

  • Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Confident and motivated to take risks for significant rewards.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, build networks, and foster partnerships.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German with a solid command of English.
  • A robust, relevant professional network in Switzerland.
  • The ability to secure investment to acquire associate status and fund the business launch.
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to Luzern or Zug, Switzerland.
