Your Responsibilities
Medical Management and Strategic Responsibility
Medical Activities:
- Conduct independent consultations, diagnostics, and treatments in General Internal Medicine
- Provide holistic care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses
- Collaborate with specialists and therapists for optimal care provision
- Ensure high-quality treatment through the implementation of evidence-based therapy approaches
- Promote preventive medicine and health counseling
Management & Site Leadership:
- Lead operational and strategic functions of the practice/health center with medical responsibility
- Manage personnel and foster team development, providing support and guidance
- Optimize practice processes and improve efficiency to ensure a high-quality patient flow
- Implement legal requirements alongside medical guidelines and quality management processes
- Further develop medical offerings and expand partnerships and networks
- Oversee financial management and economic responsibilities in collaboration with administration
Your Profile
Professional Expertise Meets Leadership Strength
- Specialist title in General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent recognition)
- Experience in outpatient or inpatient medicine, ideally with leadership responsibilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business processes within healthcare
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit when working with interdisciplinary teams
- Organizational talent, initiative, and decisiveness
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus
