Role and Responsibilities

  • Execute your market entry plan to launch in the territory.
  • Assist SMEs in achieving transformational results, contributing to regional economic development.
  • Establish your presence in the professional services market for SMEs.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for SMEs.
  • Collaborate with other professional service providers.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • General management background or expertise in two or more functional areas (sales, marketing, finance, business development, or consulting); or
  • Proven success as an independent consultant, coach, or business owner.
  • Familiarity with SMEs, ideally with B2B experience in Germany, Switzerland, or Austria.

Skills

  • Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Confident and motivated to take calculated risks for significant rewards.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build networks, and foster partnerships.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German with a solid command of English.
  • A robust, relevant professional network in Switzerland.
  • The ability to secure investment to acquire associate status and fund the business launch.
  • Residing in the Luzern or Zug area, Switzerland.
