Our Treasury Advisory practice assists clients in addressing complex Treasury challenges ranging from strategy development, policy enhancements, and process optimization to system implementations, leveraging extensive Treasury process and technology expertise.

The Treasury Advisory team delivers treasury-focused transformation programs based on a holistic process design approach, utilizing cutting-edge solutions and technology. We collaborate with global technology providers, combining their tools with our expertise to offer effective solutions to our clients.

How You Can Make an Impact

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the implementation of treasury management systems, such as SAP TMS, Kyriba, FIS, and others.
• Leading large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by managing the treasury workstream.
• Executing Treasury Advisory projects, including analyzing treasury operating models, optimizing treasury guidelines and policies, refining banking, cash, and payment processes, and implementing in-house banking and payment factory solutions.
• Delivering Treasury Health Checks, Reviews, and Internal Audit engagements to assist clients in assessing and benchmarking their Treasury organization against market best practices.
• Managing engagement delivery and presenting project deliverables to client senior management.

In addition to delivering projects, you will be a key member of the Treasury Advisory leadership team. Your responsibilities will also encompass:

• Generating leads by engaging with clients in the Swiss market and broader European market while collaborating with other Treasury experts within the Deloitte network.
• Developing and publishing materials to communicate Deloitte's perspective on key Treasury topics to enhance market engagement and visibility.
• Creating opportunities for sizeable and profitable engagements for the Treasury practice.
• Leading and coaching junior team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• Subject Matter Expertise in Corporate Treasury processes and systems (6+ years of experience).
• A network of fellow Treasury professionals in the Swiss market.
• Experience in the design and implementation of Treasury Management Systems, e.g., Kyriba, FIS, ION, Coupa, etc.
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules related to Treasury (e.g., Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management).
• Consulting experience with strong analytical and design thinking abilities and a passion for problem-solving.
• A commitment to knowledge sharing and collaboration with colleagues.
• Positivity and enthusiasm, with a desire to learn and advance a career in Treasury consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of Cash Management, Treasury Management, Payment Management, and related processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
