Our Treasury Advisory practice supports customers in solving complex Treasury problems ranging from strategy development to policy enhancements, process optimization, and system implementations. We leverage deep Treasury process and technology expertise to deliver impactful solutions.

The Treasury Advisory team focuses on transformation programs that are driven by a holistic process design approach, utilizing cutting-edge solutions and technology. We collaborate with global technology providers, combining their tools with our proven expertise to enhance our clients' financial effectiveness.

How You Can Make an Impact

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the implementation of treasury management systems, such as SAP TMS, Kyriba, FIS, and others.
• Leading large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs as part of the treasury workstream.
• Executing Treasury Advisory projects involving analysis of operating models, optimizing treasury guidelines and policies, banking, cash, and payment processes, as well as in-house banking and payment factory solutions.
• Conducting Treasury Health Check / Review / Internal Audit engagements to help clients benchmark their Treasury organization against market best practices.
• Managing engagement delivery and presenting project outcomes to client senior management.

In addition to project delivery, you will play a pivotal role in the Treasury Advisory leadership team, with responsibilities including:

• Generating leads by engaging with clients in the Swiss and wider European markets, collaborating with other Treasury experts within the Deloitte network.
• Developing and publishing materials that articulate Deloitte's perspective on key Treasury topics, fostering market engagement.
• Identifying opportunities to realize sizeable and profitable engagements for the Treasury practice.
• Leading and coaching junior team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• Subject Matter Expertise in Corporate Treasury processes and systems (6+ years of experience).
• A robust network of Treasury professionals in the Swiss market.
• Experience in the design and implementation of Treasury Management Systems, including Kyriba and at least one other treasury system (such as FIS, ION, Coupa).
• Familiarity with one or more SAP modules related to Treasury (e.g., Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, In-House Cash).
• Consulting experience with a strong analytical and design-thinking mindset aimed at problem-solving.
• A passion for knowledge exchange and collaboration with colleagues.
• Positivity and enthusiasm, along with a desire to build a successful career in Treasury consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of Cash Management, Treasury Management, Payment Management, In-house Banking, and associated processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.

The Treasury Advisory practice collaborates closely with the larger Deloitte Treasury network, leveraging deep expertise and insights from around the globe.
