Our Treasury Advisory practice assists clients in solving complex treasury challenges, ranging from strategy development and policy enhancements to process optimization and system implementations. Our deep expertise in treasury processes and technology allows us to deliver tailored solutions effectively.

The Treasury Advisory team executes treasury-focused transformation programs based on a holistic design approach, leveraging cutting-edge solutions and technology. We partner with global technology providers to combine their tools with our proven expertise, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients.

How you can make an impact

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the implementation of treasury management systems, such as SAP TMS, Kyriba, and FIS.
• Leading large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by managing the treasury workstream.
• Executing Treasury Advisory projects that involve analyzing treasury operating models, optimizing guidelines and policies, improving banking, cash, and payment processes, implementing in-house banking solutions, and facilitating ongoing process improvements.
• Conducting Treasury Health Check, Review, and Internal Audit engagements to help clients analyze and benchmark their treasury systems and processes against market best practices.
• Managing engagement delivery and presenting project outcomes to client senior management.

In addition to delivering projects, you will be a key member of the Treasury Advisory leadership team, with responsibilities that include:

• Generating leads by engaging with clients in the Swiss and broader European markets, collaborating with treasury experts within the Deloitte network.
• Developing and publishing materials that showcase Deloitte’s insights on critical treasury topics to engage the market and enhance visibility.
• Creating opportunities to realize sizeable and profitable engagements for the Treasury practice.
• Leading and coaching junior team members within the team.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Subject matter expertise in corporate treasury processes and systems (6+ years’ experience).
• A strong network of treasury professionals in the Swiss market.
• Experience in the design and implementation of Treasury Management Systems, including Kyriba or at least one other treasury system (e.g., FIS, ION, Coupa).
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules in the area of Treasury (Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Advanced Payment Management).
• Consulting experience along with analytical and design thinking skills, combined with a problem-solving mentality.
• A passion for knowledge exchange and collaboration with colleagues.
• Positivity and enthusiasm, eager to learn and build a robust career in treasury consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of cash management, treasury management, payment management, in-house banking, bank relationship management, FX risk management, hedge management, and accounting processes, with experience developing optimization recommendations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
