Our Treasury Advisory practice supports clients in tackling complex treasury challenges, from strategy development and policy enhancements to process optimization and system implementations. Our team leverages extensive treasury process and technology expertise to deliver effective solutions.

The Treasury Advisory team orchestrates treasury-focused transformation programs based on a holistic process design approach, implementing cutting-edge solutions and technology. We partner with global technology providers, integrating their tools with our proven expertise to address client needs efficiently.

How You Can Make an Impact

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the implementation of treasury management systems, such as SAP TMS, Kyriba, FIS, and others.
• Leading large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by overseeing the treasury workstream.
• Executing Treasury Advisory projects involving the analysis of treasury operating models, optimizing guidelines and policies, enhancing banking and payment processes, and implementing in-house banking and payment factory solutions.
• Delivering Treasury Health Check and Internal Audit engagements to assist clients in assessing and benchmarking their treasury organization and processes against market best practices.
• Managing engagement delivery and presenting project deliverables to senior client management.

Leadership Responsibilities

In addition to project delivery, you will serve as a key member of the Treasury Advisory leadership team, with responsibilities including:

• Generating leads by engaging with clients in the Swiss market and broader European landscape, collaborating with other treasury experts within the Deloitte network.
• Developing and publishing material that establishes Deloitte’s viewpoint on key treasury topics to engage the market and increase visibility.
• Creating opportunities to secure sizeable and profitable engagements for the treasury practice.
• Leading and coaching junior team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• Subject matter expertise in corporate treasury processes and systems (6+ years of experience).
• A network of treasury professionals in the Swiss market.
• Experience in the design and implementation of Treasury Management Systems, particularly Kyriba or at least one other treasury system (e.g., FIS, ION, Coupa).
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules related to Treasury (Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Advanced Payment Management).
• Consulting experience with analytical and design thinking skills, along with a passion for problem-solving.
• A fervor for knowledge-sharing and collaboration with colleagues.
• Positivity and enthusiasm, with a desire to learn and build a career in treasury consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of cash management, treasury management, payment management, in-house banking, and related processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German.

We design and implement solutions in enterprise finance, supply chain, and treasury transformations, incorporating advanced technology applications such as artificial intelligence and IoT.

The Treasury Advisory practice collaborates closely with the broader Deloitte Treasury network, leveraging deep expertise and market insights from around the globe. Engagments often involve international teams of subject matter experts and consultants working together to help clients achieve their objectives.
