Our Treasury Advisory practice empowers clients to tackle complex treasury challenges. We focus on strategy development, policy enhancements, process optimization, and system implementations, leveraging our extensive treasury process and technology expertise.

The Treasury Advisory team leads treasury-focused transformation initiatives based on holistic process design, utilizing cutting-edge solutions and technology. We collaborate with global technology providers, integrating their tools with our proven expertise to deliver effective solutions to our clients.

How You Can Make an Impact

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Drive the implementation of treasury management systems such as SAP TMS, Kyriba, FIS, and others.
• Lead large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by steering the treasury workstream.
• Execute Treasury Advisory projects, including analysis of treasury operating models, optimizing guidelines, banking, cash, and payment processes, as well as implementing in-house banking and payment factory solutions.
• Deliver Treasury Health Check, Review, and Internal Audit engagements to assist clients in assessing and benchmarking their treasury organizations, processes, and systems against market best practices.
• Manage engagement delivery and present project deliverables to client senior management.

In addition to project delivery, you will be a vital member of the Treasury Advisory leadership team. Responsibilities include:

• Generate leads by engaging with clients in the Swiss market and the broader European region, collaborating with other treasury experts within the Deloitte network.
• Develop and publish materials to communicate Deloitte's perspective on key treasury topics, enhancing market engagement and visibility.
• Create opportunities for sizeable and profitable engagements within the Treasury practice.
• Lead and coach junior team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• Subject Matter Expertise in Corporate Treasury processes and systems (6+ years of experience).
• A network of treasury professionals within the Swiss market.
• Experience in designing and implementing Treasury Management Systems, such as Kyriba or at least one other treasury system (e.g., FIS, ION, Coupa).
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules related to Treasury (e.g., Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Advanced Payment Management).
• Consulting experience with a strong analytical and design thinking mindset focused on problem-solving.
• A passion for knowledge exchange and collaboration with colleagues.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and build a successful career in treasury consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of Cash Management, Treasury Management, Payment Management, In-house Banking, Bank Relationship Management, Bank Communication Management, FX Risk Management, Hedge Management and Accounting processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
