Our Treasury Advisory practice assists clients in tackling complex treasury challenges, encompassing everything from strategy development and policy enhancements to process optimization and system implementations. We leverage deep treasury process and technology expertise to provide effective solutions.

The Treasury Advisory team spearheads transformation programs focused on treasury, utilizing a holistic process design approach and cutting-edge technology. We collaborate with leading global technology providers to combine their tools with our proven expertise.

How You Can Make an Impact

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the implementation of treasury management systems, including SAP TMS, Kyriba, FIS, and others.
• Leading large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by heading the treasury workstream.
• Executing Treasury Advisory projects involving analysis of treasury operating models, optimizing guidelines and policies, banking processes, implementing in-house banking and payment factory solutions, and related improvements.
• Delivering Treasury Health Check / Review / Internal Audit engagements to help clients gauge their treasury operations against market best practices.
• Managing engagement delivery and presenting project results to client senior management.

In addition to project delivery, you will play a pivotal role in the Treasury Advisory leadership team, with responsibilities that include:

• Generating leads by engaging with clients in the Swiss market and the broader European market, collaborating with other treasury experts within the Deloitte network.
• Developing and publishing materials to convey Deloitte's point of view on key treasury topics, enhancing market engagement and visibility.
• Identifying opportunities to realize substantial and profitable engagements for the Treasury practice.
• Leading and coaching junior team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• Subject Matter Expertise in Corporate Treasury processes and systems (6+ years of experience).
• A network of treasury professionals within the Swiss market.
• Experience in the design and implementation of Treasury Management Systems, including Kyriba or at least one other system (e.g., FIS, ION, Coupa).
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules related to Treasury (e.g., Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management).
• Consulting experience with analytical and design thinking abilities, coupled with a passion for problem-solving.
• A commitment to knowledge-sharing and collaboration with colleagues.
• Enthusiasm and positivity, with an eagerness to learn and advance a career in treasury consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of Cash Management, Treasury Management, Payment Management, In-house Banking, Bank Relationship Management, and FX Risk Management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
