Join our dynamic team and make a significant contribution to our clients in the Financial Services industry. You will provide dedicated support for transactions across a diverse range of circumstances, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and structured investments.

This role offers the opportunity to work in various areas, such as buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance, and vendor due diligence. You will also support deal negotiations for both corporate and private equity clients.

Collaboration is key; work alongside experts to quickly grasp our clients' businesses and challenges, articulating your findings effectively to produce high-quality reports.

Your Skill Set

• A bachelor's or master's degree in finance (CPA or CFA preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting and reporting in line with internationally recognized standards.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years of financial due diligence and related services within the Financial Services industry.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• Energetic and proactive, with the ability to empathize with clients and colleagues while delivering exceptional value.
• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to travel for client assignments or business-related matters.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical software tools (e.g., PowerBI, Alteryx) to analyze and present data effectively.
