About Our Work

As a Manager in our growing business tax team, you will provide international tax advisory and compliance services to our clients. You'll collaborate on global engagements, working alongside your team to deliver leading services on global tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax advisory. Your efforts will enable our clients to successfully navigate the evolving Swiss and international tax landscape.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead tax accounting teams.
• Conduct tax reviews for current and deferred taxes under IFRS, US-GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER, and Swiss statutory GAAP for our international and national clients.
• Coordinate and supervise international teams during tax audits, providing oversight for group audit primary teams.
• Coordinate and supervise Swiss input for the Global Tax Accounting Group for key client relationships.
• Advise clients on improving their operating strategies, tax function organization, tax processes, and tax risk management.
• Work with your team to develop “best practice solutions” and assist clients in designing, analyzing, and implementing processes to address challenges stemming from BEPS 2.0 / Pillar 2 (“GloBE”).
• Offer quantitative solutions for clients in response to international tax reform.
• Support clients and teams in the transition to the digital age, keeping pace with technological advancements in tax accounting and aiding in the development of multi-country tax provisioning projects.

Our Desired Profile

• You hold a professional accounting accreditation (CPA).
• You possess a strong working knowledge of ASC740, along with familiarity with international tax reporting and tax compliance regulations, including quantitative analysis and tax modeling.
• You have experience as a tax specialist in the audit of financial statements.
• Experience with ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP) or similar provision software is a plus.
• You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of German or French is advantageous but not required.
