How You Can Make an Impact

• Join our dynamic tax advisory team and engage in projects across a wide range of areas: Swiss and international taxation of cross-border employment structures and planning, equity incentives, pensions, rulings, and more.
• Manage projects with the support of our leadership team from day one, involving yourself in client-facing activities in individual tax projects.
• Participate and help shape solutions: We advise our clients ad hoc since general information and simple solutions are already available online. This involves researching with our national tax office and preparing tailored advice.
• Learn and apply your technical knowledge on fascinating cases while preparing and delivering presentations to clients and colleagues.
• Combine your strengths and skills with the expertise of our experienced teams—this power combination allows you to develop your full professional and personal potential while assisting our clients with a wide range of individual tax topics.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in business administration, law, or a similar field.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in providing tax advisory services to international clients.
• You are a team player who values daily interactions with clients and colleagues in our network, enjoys working independently, and questions the status quo.
• You are enthusiastic about writing, conducting research, exploring options, and designing solutions. You are eager to learn, willing to develop, and desire to benefit from our tax trainings.
• You are outgoing, enjoy helping people solve challenges, and possess a thirst for knowledge that brings new perspectives to our projects.
• You can manage tasks with competing deadlines, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a team environment, having experience in team management.
• You speak German or French fluently and have strong English skills.
