Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key investor relations and strategic initiatives, acting as a vital link between internal teams, external partners, and financial markets. You will support the VP of Strategy & Investor Relations in ensuring effective communication, regulatory compliance, and the successful execution of strategic projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and delivery of the Annual Report and related communications, collaborating with Finance, HR, Sustainability, Communications, and external design agencies.
- Organize the Annual General Meeting, ensuring smooth execution and regulatory compliance in cooperation with the Legal team.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss stock exchange regulations and manage all required filings.
- Monitor industry and market trends to support strategy development and informed decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations, reports, investor materials, and communications with proxy advisors and sustainability rating agencies.
- Support M&A activities, including coordination of due diligence processes and conducting market analysis.
- Manage contracts and relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and organizational priorities.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach.
- Experience in strategy, business development, or project coordination.
- Solid understanding of basic finance and business principles.
- Demonstrated interest in working within an industrial environment and in gaining knowledge of related technologies.
- Comfortable working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-driven with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
