Job Title: Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that promote Celanese products, solutions, and capabilities. This role maximizes broad, scalable digital reach and engages audiences through compelling storytelling. Collaborating closely with Strategic Marketing and other stakeholders, the Campaign Manager owns campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring that objectives are clear, narratives are strong, and digital channels are effectively utilized.

Key Activities, Accountabilities, and Results:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery, serving as the single point of accountability from concept to execution.
  • Develop audience-focused and actionable campaign plans in collaboration with Strategic Marketing and key stakeholders, aligning with business priorities.
  • Define campaign objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Lead digital-first campaign activations, ensuring that reach, relevance, and consistency are maintained across all channels.
  • Drive commercial activation by partnering with commercial teams, transforming campaign messages into actionable growth opportunities.
  • Craft clear, compelling narratives that translate complex topics into engaging, usable storytelling.
  • Coordinate with the broader Marketing Communications team—content, graphic design, events, social media, and community engagement—to support campaign execution and drive business impact.
  • Manage project execution, including overseeing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional contributors.
  • Track and review campaign performance, applying insights to continuously enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Background in segment insights.
  • Proven end-to-end campaign ownership with a strong digital-first focus.
  • Expertise in technical storytelling, translating complex topics into clear narratives.
  • Experience in developing and utilizing modern content formats (e.g., digital, social media, video).
  • Capability in driving broad digital reach across channels and audiences.
  • Proficient in performance tracking and leveraging data and insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaboration experience with commercial teams to support campaign activation and growth.
  • Ability to work with subject matter experts to validate content and messaging.
