As a key member of our team, you will provide dedicated support for transactions across a diverse range of industries and circumstances, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and structured investments. Your role will encompass:
- Engaging in buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance, vendor due diligence, and offer negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.

Your Skill Set
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with a background in finance (CPA or CFA preferred).
- A comprehensive understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements aligned with internationally recognized reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience providing financial due diligence and transaction-related services to large companies and private equity fund clients.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- An energetic and proactive approach, with the ability to empathize with clients and team members, demonstrating enthusiasm for delivering exceptional value.
- Flexibility and a willingness to undertake business travel for client assignments or related matters.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical software tools (e.g., PowerBI, Alteryx) to analyze and present data effectively.
