Your Impact
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clients through complex transactions across a variety of industries and circumstances, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and structured investments.
- Assist in buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance, and vendor due diligence.
- Provide deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.
- Collaborate with a team of experts to quickly grasp the client's business and challenges, effectively communicating your findings to create high-quality reports.
- Engage in a diverse, international environment spanning multiple sectors and industries.
- Network with a highly talented group of knowledgeable professionals.
Your Skill Set
- Bachelor's or master's degree with a background in finance (CPA or CFA preferred).
- Comprehensive understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements according to internationally recognized standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing financial due diligence and transaction-related services to large companies and private equity fund clients.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Energetic and proactive, you can empathize with clients and staff, showcasing enthusiasm for delivering value.
- Willingness to travel for client assignments or business-related activities.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools (e.g., PowerBI, Alteryx) to analyze and present data effectively.
