As IFRS and Corporate Reporting specialists, we equip our largest and most complex clients, bid teams, and audit and assurance teams with clear, practical, and robust advice along with deep insights on IFRS technical accounting topics. We also focus on wider Corporate Reporting, including sustainability topics with particular emphasis on local ESG reporting, climate-related financial disclosures (TCFD), the EU's CSRD, and International Sustainability Standards.

We are committed to developing Deloitte’s global IFRS and Corporate Reporting guidance, Swiss go-to-market offerings, and marketing campaigns centered around IFRS and sustainability reporting in Switzerland. Collaborating closely with IFRS and Corporate Reporting specialists worldwide, we help shape Deloitte’s views and positions on emerging issues and contentious matters.

As part of our responsibilities, we work alongside our Quality National Office to develop policies and procedures for the Swiss audit and assurance practice. We also partner with our Learning and Development team to provide significant IFRS and broader Corporate Reporting learning opportunities and presentations.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Join a highly enthusiastic and vibrant team.
• Engage in extensive interaction and consultation with technical accounting partners within Deloitte North and South Europe, Deloitte IFRS Global Office, and senior audit leaders on complex accounting and sustainability reporting topics.
• Take an active role in internal and external IFRS and broader Corporate Reporting/sustainability reporting presentations and publications.
• Get involved in annual financial statement reviews for our largest and most complex clients.
• Experience learning and development at your selected pace.

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess profound technical accounting skills and professional experience in applying and interpreting IFRS Standards, preferably in a technical accounting team or accounting policy role.
• You have a keen interest in learning and applying newly developed sustainability standards.
• You are driven by quality and demonstrate a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
• You maintain a positive attitude and can remain composed under pressure.
• You communicate confidently in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
• You have the ability to write and present findings clearly and concisely in English.
