How You Can Make an Impact

As a Manager/Senior Manager in Finance Transformation for Insurance clients, you will:

• Spearhead ERP/EPM-enabled finance transformation initiatives, including assessments and optimizations of finance processes and reporting.
• Lead and deliver comprehensive finance transformation projects, focusing on the design and implementation of finance strategies and target operating models.
• Drive Day 1 readiness activities in post-merger integrations to ensure seamless finance operations and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to integrate advanced finance solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Advise clients on finance strategy, process optimization, and technology adoption to enhance decision-making and value creation.
• Engage in business development activities alongside the team.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a qualified candidate if you:

• Hold a university degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Have at least 7 years of experience in Insurance Finance, with a background in internal finance, actuarial, or risk teams in (re-)insurance companies, or relevant consulting experience.
• Possess a strong understanding of finance processes, including accounting, controlling, consolidation, and reporting.
• Exhibit excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Are fluent in English (German is an advantage) and willing to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
• Have experience with leading ERP and finance technology platforms.
• Bring experience in the Financial Services sector, especially within Insurance or Reinsurance contexts, thriving in Big Four or leading consulting firms.
