Your Contribution to KPMG
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of international tax and financial services transfer pricing projects, including:
- Managing international restructuring projects and designing as well as implementing new transfer pricing frameworks.
- Analyzing business models and assessing the consistency of value creation and profit allocation.
- Overseeing due diligence and post-M&A transfer pricing topics.
- Advising clients on operational transfer pricing issues.
- Managing global compliance projects in accordance with OECD and local standards.
- Supporting our multinational financial services clients in intergovernmental dispute resolution proceedings regarding transfer pricing issues.
What Makes You Successful
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in financial services transfer pricing, ideally within a Big Four or consulting environment.
- Expertise in global transfer pricing regulations and OECD/BEPS 2.0 guidelines, particularly in relation to the financial services industry.
- Experience in tax dispute resolution matters (MAPs, APAs, etc.), preferably within the financial services sector.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is an advantage.
- Client-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to mentor young professionals in international projects and integrate tax inputs from multiple jurisdictions.
