How You Can Make an Impact

You will be involved in:

• Providing auditing and assurance services to our portfolio of international and local banking clients.
• Executing financial and regulatory audits, leading audit teams during fieldwork at clients, and managing and coaching junior team members.
• Working on complex financial areas of clients' balance sheets and income statements, including goodwill and loan loss provisioning.
• Addressing regulatory areas such as anti-money laundering, internal organization, client and market conduct, risk management, solvency, and consolidated supervision.
• Supporting the ongoing training and development of the audit team.

Who We Are Looking For

You:

• Are a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA) or a Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA) registered auditor with equivalent foreign qualifications, or currently pursuing certification.
• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in auditing, ideally gained at one of the Big 4, with a strong knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and FINMA regulatory requirements for banks.
• Communicate confidently in both French and English; additional languages would be an advantage.
• Work independently and are motivated by new challenges, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take on responsibilities.
• Enjoy collaborating as part of a team and are proficient in building and nurturing customer relationships.
