How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead AI and analytics initiatives from inception to execution.
• Design complex data and analytics transformations, offering architectural and technical leadership to guide clients through significant organizational changes.
• Act as the bridge between business and IT, facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders around coherent decisions.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams across various locations, ensuring governance, quality assurance, risk management, and effective communication.
• Drive initiatives in Generative and Agentic AI, including LLM-enabled solutions and safety guardrails aligned with client policies.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients through project execution and account growth; support business development through proposals and recognition of new opportunities.
• Model strong work ethics, leadership, and subject matter expertise for team members.

Consulting and Communication Skills

• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and storytelling, capable of creating executive-ready presentations.
• Excellent conceptual ability to distill complex issues into actionable solutions.
• Proficient in facilitating workshops, aligning stakeholders, and leading requirement gatherings.
• Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Technical integration skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Technical Expertise

• A strong background in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
• Experience with Python; familiarity with R is a plus.
• Proven experience in delivering AI, Machine Learning, and Analytical solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and related services for production implementations is highly advantageous.
• Experience with data science tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is beneficial.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus.

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred.

Industry Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of practical experience in consulting or relevant industries, especially in data-driven sectors.
• Prior experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare is advantageous.
