How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead AI and analytics engagements from discovery to production.
• Design and implement complex data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership.
• Serve as a business–IT translator, facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders around clear decisions.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore) to ensure governance, quality assurance, risk management, and effective communication.
• Drive Generative and Agentic AI initiatives, including LLM-enabled solutions and safety guardrails aligned with client policies.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships through project delivery and account growth.
• Act as a role model, demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership, and expertise.
• Expand your knowledge in various industry areas and share insights with Deloitte talent.

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and storytelling skills for designing and presenting executive-ready materials.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable solutions and roadmaps.
• Proficiency in stakeholder alignment and facilitation of client workshops.
• Experience in guiding technical implementation teams for effective collaboration and project success.
• Skill in integrating system components and leading technical workshops.

Technical Expertise

• Strong background in Engineering or Mathematics.
• Solid experience with Python; experience with R is a plus.
• Experience delivering Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Analytics solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their production use is highly preferred.
• Experience with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is advantageous.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau is a plus.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience

At least 6 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven settings. Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Science, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
