Your Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the modernization of enterprise data landscapes using next-generation cloud-based platforms and advanced data architectures to deliver high-quality, scalable, and business-aligned data solutions.
- Design and implement comprehensive data platform strategies, encompassing data ingestion, modeling, governance, and analytics to fulfill clients' regulatory, operational, and growth objectives.
- Take ownership of complex data platform transformations, guiding clients from strategic advisory through implementation and operationalization.
- Utilize expertise in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, and Azure to deliver robust Data Vault and dimensional modeling solutions that support enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams, including nearshore and offshore resources, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data platform solutions.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships while expanding our influence through thought leadership and proactive stakeholder engagement.
- Translate complex business requirements into coherent, scalable data architectures that enhance business value.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.

Consulting and Communication Skills
- Proven Leadership: Successful experience in managing diverse data and analytics teams and projects, including nearshore and offshore resources, with strong project management and budget oversight capabilities.
- Consulting Acumen: Proficient in managing multiple concurrent projects, effective prioritization, and engaging clients through compelling presentations and clear communication.
- Business-Technology Bridging: Ability to translate complex business needs into technical data platform solutions while simplifying and consolidating diverse requirements.
- Strategic Influence: Capability to develop and drive data platform strategies and go-to-market approaches, influencing senior stakeholders and expanding client engagements.
Technical Expertise
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, Azure), including data ingestion, modeling (Data Vault 2.0, Star Schema), and governance frameworks.
- Proven track record in leading full lifecycle implementations—from vendor selection to deployment and operational support.
- Deep understanding of data governance, master data management, and data quality practices within enterprise environments.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills; additional language skills (e.g., German, French) are advantageous.
Industry Experience
- A minimum of 6 years in data governance, data management, data engineering, or analytics roles within consulting, technology, or industry sectors, preferably with exposure to financial services, consumer goods, or utilities.
