How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead the modernization of enterprise data landscapes with next-generation cloud-based platforms and advanced data architectures.
• Design and implement comprehensive data platform strategies, including data ingestion, modeling, governance, and analytics.
• Oversee complex data platform transformations, guiding clients from strategic advisory to implementation and operationalization.
• Utilize expertise in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, and Azure to deliver effective Data Vault and dimensional modeling solutions.
• Manage cross-functional, globally distributed teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data platform solutions within budget.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, expanding our influence through thought leadership and proactive engagement.
• Translate complex business requirements into coherent and scalable data architectures that enhance business value.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

• Proven Leadership: Success in managing diverse data & analytics teams and projects, including nearshore/offshore resources, with strong project management skills.
• Consulting Acumen: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate compellingly with clients.
• Business-Technology Bridging: Skilled in translating complex business needs into technical data platform solutions.
• Strategic Influence: Capacity to develop and drive data platform strategies, influencing senior stakeholders and expanding client engagements.

Technical Expertise

• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, Azure).
• Proven track record in full lifecycle implementations from vendor selection to deployment and operational support.
• Deep understanding of data governance, master data management, and data quality practices in enterprise environments.

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in English with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills; additional languages (e.g., German, French) are advantageous.

Industry Experience

• Minimum of 6 years in data governance, data management, data engineering, or analytics roles, preferably within consulting, technology, or industries such as financial services or utilities.
