Your Impact
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Lead the modernization of enterprise data landscapes utilizing cutting-edge cloud-based platforms and advanced data architectures for high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Design and implement end-to-end data platform strategies, encompassing ingestion, modelling, governance, and analytics, to help clients achieve regulatory and operational goals.
- Manage complex data platform transformations, guiding clients from strategic advisory to implementation and operationalization.
- Utilize expertise in cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, and Azure to deliver comprehensive Data Vault and dimensional modelling solutions.
- Oversee cross-functional, geographically distributed teams, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of high-quality data solutions.
- Foster trusted client relationships, expanding opportunities through thought leadership and proactive engagement.
- Translate intricate business requirements into coherent, scalable data architectures that enhance business value.
- Mentor and nurture junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

- Experience leading Data & Analytics teams and successfully managing multidisciplinary projects.
Consulting and Communication Skills:
- Proven Leadership: Success in managing diverse teams and projects, with strong oversight of project management and budgets.
- Consulting Acumen: Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and engage clients through compelling presentations.
- Business-Technology Bridging: Proficient in translating complex business needs into technical data solutions.
- Strategic Influence: Capability to develop and execute data platform strategies, promoting engagement with senior stakeholders.
Technical Expertise:
- Proven hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, including data ingestion, modelling, and governance.
- Extensive background in managing full lifecycle implementations, from vendor selection to operational support.
- Deep understanding of data governance, master data management, and data quality practices.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English, with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. Additional languages (e.g., German, French) are advantageous.
Industry Experience:
- A minimum of 6 years in data governance, management, engineering, or analytics roles, ideally with experience in financial services, consumer goods, or utilities.
