Your Impact

  • Lead innovative client projects in Change Management, Organizational Design, and Cultural Transformation.
  • Advise on organizational transformation programs, preparing for and managing the people side of change using state-of-the-art methods and tools.
  • Develop, design, and implement future-oriented operating models to address the future of work and digital disruption, enabling our clients to achieve their strategic ambitions from individual business units to entire organizational frameworks.
  • Guide clients in harnessing the power of their cultures to unlock strengths and foster sustainable transformations.
  • Introduce new ways of working by designing and facilitating co-creation sessions, empowering clients to learn and operate in an agile and adaptive manner.
  • Take an active role in expanding a top-tier People & Organization consulting team while thriving in an energetic, dynamic international environment.

Your Skill Set

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business transformation and change management consulting, including relevant project management expertise.
  • Ability to manage project topics independently and proactively lead business development initiatives, consistently seeking innovative and practical solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, combined with bold ideas and a creative mindset, utilizing agile methodologies such as design thinking, rapid prototyping, SAFe, and Scrum.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, aid in expanding our client network, and enhance your industry and functional expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
