Your Impact
- Lead innovative client projects in the field of Change Management, Organizational Design, and Cultural Transformation.
- Advise on organizational transformation programs, focusing on the people side of change using state-of-the-art methods and tools.
- Develop, design, and implement future-ready operating models to address the challenges of the digital age, enabling clients to achieve their strategic goals—from individual business units to entire organizational frameworks.
- Guide clients in harnessing their cultural strengths to foster and sustain transformation.
- Introduce new ways of working through co-creation sessions, facilitating agility and adaptability for our clients.
- Play an active role in expanding a premier People & Organization consulting team within an energetic, dynamic international environment.
Your Skill Set
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in business transformation and change management consulting, including relevant project management experience.
- Ability to manage project topics independently while proactively leading business development initiatives, always in search of the most innovative and practical solutions.
- Strong analytical thinker with bold ideas and a creative approach, utilizing agile methodologies such as design thinking, rapid prototyping, SAFe, scrum, etc.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients, expand our client network, and develop expertise in specific industries and functions.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
