Join our Supply Chain & Operations team to lead transformative PLM programs for global organizations. You will design and implement advanced PLM and Portfolio solutions, drive performance improvement initiatives, and contribute to business development in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver PLM Transformation: Lead end-to-end PLM projects (Innovation Management) to optimize service levels, inventory, and productivity.
- Implement PLM and Innovation Tool: Deploy and integrate leading platforms such as SAP PLM, CENTRIC, Service Now, and Microsoft Platforms, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact.
- Drive Performance Improvement: Execute major programs focused on time to market, Innovation Management, and Portfolio optimization, leveraging best practices and analytics.
- Apply Advanced Analytics: Use Python, optimization algorithms, and data science techniques to enhance Innovation Management accuracy and decision-making.
- Industry Expertise: Develop solutions tailored to the needs of consumer goods, food & beverage, cosmetics, wine & spirits, and industrial products by adapting methodologies and best practices to each sector’s unique challenges.
- Drive Business Growth: Lead business development efforts including proposal creation, solution storytelling, client presentations, and relationship building with middle and senior leaders to expand service offerings.
- Ensure High-Quality Project Delivery: Monitor performance, maintain delivery excellence, and translate complex business requirements into actionable work plans, supporting adoption and long-term sustainability.
What We Look For
- 7+ years in consulting or project-driven roles within Product Lifecycle Management, Innovation, and Supply Chain transformation, with proven leadership in multi-country programs.
- Hands-on experience with PPM, Specification Management, and Product Master Data Management tools (e.g., SAP PLM, MDG, ERP, PIM), with strong capabilities in process design, requirements mapping, and RFP support, as well as a solid understanding of end-to-end product development, data governance, and solution architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field; advanced analytical or process-engineering skills are strongly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business impact, including improvements in innovation throughput, accelerating time-to-market, portfolio management, and operational productivity.
- Experience driving programs across Latin America and serving as the primary interface between regional and global teams.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, drive business development, and effectively influence senior stakeholders within complex client environments.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to synthesize complexity, influence global decision-makers, and facilitate alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Marketing, and corporate leadership.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Willingness to travel regionally and globally.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of P&G IWS methodology.
